In 1990 they began producing their homemade sausage on
requests of friends and their business has grown over the past
thirteen years in response to great customers with good taste.

Located in the small hamlet of Seven Persons Alberta, their
product line and retail space has greatly expanded to include
many meat and deli products as well as other homemade goodies
such as jams and perogies.




Their business name means quality and all fulltime Premium staff are
experienced food handlers, certified in Food Safe procedures as
well as Alberta Best Service.
